Eligibility for the CATCH program:

  • Identify as a family – married couple, domestic couple, or single parent – with children under the age of eighteen
  • Must be experiencing homelessness, staying in an emergency shelter or a place not meant for human habitation, or fleeing a domestic violence situation.
  • Must have an income that is less than 50% of the area median income. To see if you qualify, contact CATCH or refer to the federal income guidelines here.

If you’re currently working with a case manager or service professional, ask them about the CATCH program.

CATCH utilizes the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), a computerized data collection tool specifically designed to capture client-level, system-wide information, over time, on the characteristics and services needs of men, women, and children experiencing homelessness.
