- Married or domestic couple, or single parent with children under the age of eighteen.
- Must be literally homeless and living in a local homeless shelter, fleeing domestic violence, or in an unsustainable or threatening temporary housing arrangement.
- CATCH accepts professional referrals from the following homeless service providers: Salvation Army, River of Life, City Light, WCA, and Interfaith Sanctuary and in Nampa/Caldwell area: Hope’s Door, Valley Crisis, Community Family Shelter, and the Light House Shelter. Walk-ins or emergency phone calls will be referred to these local emergency shelters for immediate service.
- Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.
CATCH utilizes the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), a computerized data collection tool specifically designed to capture client-level, system-wide information, over time, on the characteristics and services needs of men, women, and children experiencing homelessness.
